How to Add a Sales Comparable using an MLS #

This guide shows you how to add a sales comparable property using an MLS # to the Sales Comparison Approach section.

Step 1. Navigate to your report within the DataMaster portal

Step 2. Given that you have already added a Subject Property, you can proceed in Clicking + Add or Import Comps to add comparable properties

Step 3. Click the MLS Number option to add a property.

Step 4. Click the MLS Number field and start typing the MLS # of the property you want to search.

Step 5. Select the matching result from the MLS property list.

** You may also add up to 10 properties simultaneously using MLS #

Step 6. Once all desired MLS properties are selected, Click Add to import the selected MLS properties.

Step 7. Your comparable properties should now be added on the sales grid
