How to Verify Property Data in DataMaster

DataMaster makes it easy to review and verify property information from multiple sources before sending it to your appraisal report.

Go to the Sales Comparison grid to review the subject property and comparable data collected by DataMaster.

Check the available information for each property and compare values from different sources.

You can also use Deeds data to help verify important property details.

If a field displays No Doc Selected, it means a verification source has not yet been selected for that information.

Review the available sources and select the appropriate document or data source.

Choose the verified information you want DataMaster to use for the subject property and comparables.

Your selected data will be used when transferring information to your appraisal report.

Save your changes, then review the information before exporting it to your appraisal software.

Always review fields marked No Doc Selected before completing your report to make sure the appropriate verification source has been selected.
